duminagolf.com (the “Site”) is an information website about DUMINA and the autoFlex and AUTOPOWER golf shafts it makes. The Site is operated by OLJ International USA Inc dba DUMINA Golf America (“we”, “us”), 511 South Harbor Boulevard, Suite O, La Habra, CA 90631, United States. This policy explains what information the Site handles.

What we collect

No shopping or accounts. Nothing is sold on this Site, and it has no accounts, checkout or sign-up. The newsletter and contact forms here are not active and do not send or keep what you enter.
Fitting bookings. HQ fittings are performed by DUMINA Golf America. When you book one, the booking form (provided for us by Zoho Bookings) collects your name, email, phone number and appointment details. We use them only to schedule your fitting, send confirmations and reminders, and contact you about it.
Technical data. When you visit, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, uses it to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, and keeps standard server logs for a limited time.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Fonts. Some text uses fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address (see Google’s privacy policy).
Preferences on your device. Your browser may store small settings, for example that you closed a pop-up. They stay on your device.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or marketing cookies on this Site, and we don’t track you across other websites.

Shopping and other websites

autoFlex and AUTOPOWER shafts are sold at autoflex.us, the official U.S. store. When you shop there, the autoflex.us privacy policy applies. Links to Instagram, maps and dealer or club websites are covered by those companies’ own policies.

How we use information

To run and secure the Site, understand how it is used, schedule fittings you book, and reply if you contact us.

Your California privacy rights

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) you can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Children

The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
